2011 Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl Tickets are tentatively scheduled to go on sale late summer, 2011.
ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. – ESPN Regional Television and the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Bowl St. Petersburg have announced that the 2011 Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Bowl St. Petersburg will be played Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 8 p.m. EST at Tropicana Field. The game, in its fourth year, will be televised nationally on ESPN, featuring a team from the BIG EAST against a team from Conference USA.
“Being the only bowl game on televisiton on December 20th, we feel that a third straight season in prime time solidifies the status of the game.” said Brett Dulaney, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Bowl St. Petersburg executive director. “While we are looking ahead to just our fourth game, this is a sign of our rapid growth in the bowl lineup. The community support, and that of our title sponsor Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, will push us even further along. Having great partners, a prime-time slot and a great destination in St. Petersburg all give us a complete package for another exciting game.”
Last year’s Beef ‘O’ Brady’s St. Petersburg Bowl featured Louisville of the BIG EAST against Southern Miss of Conference USA. Louisville prevailed 31-28.
