Adam Hersh Full Bio
Adam Hersh, Esquire is a multi-state licensed attorney and certified mediator with a passion for helping to launch, protect, and advise small businesses as they grow. Adam knows what a small business needs to do to be successful based on his previous experiences in optimizing the growth of healthy businesses and in restructuring troubled businesses. Specifically, Adam served as in house corporate counsel for AxoGen, Inc., a start-up medical device company that is now a publicly traded company. At AxoGen, Adam worked inside of a business incubator hub, working with the company’s business executives on a daily basis to address various legal needs. Adam knows how important it is to balance the business and legal sides of every business transaction. In addition, Adam worked in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Honorable John K. Olson, where he assisted in restructuring businesses through the bankruptcy court.
Adam currently works for Hunter Business Law, The Entrepreneur’s Law Firm where he represents a wide variety of companies (including many in the sports and entertainment industries). Adam focuses on labor and employment matters, contracts, disputes, creditor rights, and the day to day needs of businesses, vigorously advocating for the best outcome for the firm’s clients. He is skilled at negotiation and dispute resolution techniques that are vital to achieving favorable contract terms and settling disputes. Adam is a frequent contributor to various employment law publications, newsletters, and news broadcasts.
Personally, Adam is a magna cum laude graduate of Stetson University (majoring in management and minoring in sports management) and a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Adam is an avid sports, Tampa Bay Lightning, Buccaneers, Rays, and Florida Gators fan.
